In 2016, KMV Spaces, an offshoot of the prestigious KMV Group, was founded in Vijayawada with the goal of creating high-caliber residential spaces.
Our flagship project, KMV Vivaan, designed by WOW! Architects of Singapore, redefined luxury living in the city.
The project features opulent apartments and villas with green terraces and sustainable systems. After successfully delivering Phase 1 and Phase 2 villas, KMV Spaces has become synonymous with stellar construction and punctual delivery. With eagerly awaited apartments set to complete in 2024, KMV Vivaan continues to exemplify excellence in residential development, setting new standards for luxurious living.

From humble beginnings more than 100 years ago, KMV Group is now one of the leading engineering and construction companies operating in 18 states across India.

Shimoga Airports, IIM Indore, IIIT, ICFAI (Bangalore and Jaipur), AIIMS (Nagpur, WB, Mangalagiri), NTPC Solapur, Bangalore Medical College, Metro Stations Jaipur, and many more hospitals, educational institutions, irrigation projects, roads and important infrastructure for the nation, with the latest being Delhi Airport's Elevated Taxiway. With 16 years of experience, including in real estate, he leads marketing strategies and drives sales.
